2828 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2828 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all 2828 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 2828 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2828 as the platform operator. By accepting these terms, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use online betting services.
2828 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 2828 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any fund balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active mobile number, and valid bank or eWallet details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended pending verification or permanently terminated.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. 2828 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a 2828 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful and personal purposes. You may not use the platform for activities that contravene Malaysian law or that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Strictly prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Cheating, manipulating, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any winnings or associated fund balances, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2828 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and other local eWallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — most eWallet transactions are processed instantly, while bank transfers may take a few minutes. 2828 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the same account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. You are required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. 2828 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal requests pending investigation.
Any transaction fees charged by third parties are the responsibility of the user. 2828 reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of these terms.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
The 2828 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure against cyber threats. To the extent permitted by law, 2828 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using the platform.
2828's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
2828 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes contrary to applicable law. Users will be notified via email or platform notification in the event of an account suspension.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the review, subject to the settlement of all active transactions and compliance with withdrawal terms.
